She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Fulks and Myrtle Fulks (Wiley); and her husband Robert M. Bias. She is survived by: her children, Larry Bias (Dellia), Randy Bias (Sandy), Patricia Plauger (David) and Corena Albert (Kelly); and her siblings, Mae Sanders, Lowell Fulks (Cookie), Wetzel Fulks, Jewell Fulks, Ray Fulks and Herman Fulks. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren, twenty seven great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Alliance Freewill Baptist Church (731 Buckeye Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Highland Memorial Park (264 S 12th St, Beloit, OH 44609).
