It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia P. Allen (Alger, Ohio), born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on March 7, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sons, Joseph Lowry and George Lowry; her grandson Matthew Lowry; and her sister Cheryl Howard. She is survived by: her spouse Kash Allen; her children, David Allen of Alger, Debbie Frazier (Ronald) of Ada and Julia McClure (Steve) of Alger; and her sister Jeannie Myers of Lansing, MI..
