She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Osborn and June Osborn (Houchins); her granddaughter Makenna Bolin; her siblings, Shelly Osborn and Richard Osborn; her half-sister Barbara Taylor; her parents-in-law, James and Mag Burkett; and her sister-in-law Sue Daniels.
She is survived by: her husband James Burkett; her daughters, Shanna Bolin (Dan) of Grove City, Tonya Starr (Shane) of Alger and Larissa Harpel (Todd) of Kenton; her grandchildren, Austin Howard (Chelsea), Justin Howard (Lindsey), Troy Bolin, Laney Harpel (Brandon Bowling), Allison Harpel, Kaitlyn Bolin and Ryan Bolin; her great grandchildren, Bryson, Leyton, Remington, Kayson, Jaxon, Gabriella and Luca; her siblings, Mike Osborn (Rhonda) of Bluffton, SC, Greg Osborn (Sue) of Columbus, Sandra Lautenschlager (Phillip) of Belle Center and Ruth Daley of Lima; her brothers-in-law, Lester Burkett (Alma) of Alger and Esky Daniels of Alger; and her pet BooBoo. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, friends.
