Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Melovete Pummell of Alger, Ohio, born in Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 94, on May 17, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Minix, and June Minix, Sr. (Push); her husband Robert Pummell; her son Larry Dean Pummell; and her siblings, Beatrice Rowe, Barbara Miller, Donna Guyton, Billy Joe Minix, Kelly Minix, Jr., Bert Minix, Homer Minix and James Minix.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Weber (Dan) and Vicki Pummell; and her grandchildren, Scott Metcalf, Shay Williams, Devin Pummell, Alaine Pummell and Nick Pummell. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
