He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Moore and Rosha Moore; and his siblings, Arthur Harley Moore, Clarence Moore, Marvin Moore and Myreda Moore Pratt Snyder.
He is survived by: his wife Janette Manuel of Langley; his children, Roger Moore (Melissa), Carla Jo Archer (Jim) and Nathan Moore (Jennifer); his grandchildren, David, Lindsey, Kyle Katherine, Allison, Connor and Colton; his great grandchildren, Claire, Sophia, Kaiden, Landon, Jadyn and Lucas; his siblings, Muriel Moore Francis of Garrett, Grace Moore Combs of Garrett, John Moore (Barb) of Gallipolis and Lloyd Moore of Richmond, Kentucky.; and his son Timothy Lee Moore (Janette Manuel Moore).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lima Freewill Baptist Church and/or the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Organization.
