He was predeceased by: his parents, Kash Allen and Patricia Allen (Thompson); and his brothers, George Lowry, Joseph Lowry and Stephen Allen.

He is survived by: his children, David K. Allen of Alger and Melanie Albert (Kyle) of Forest; his girlfriend Ruth Cramer of Alger; and his sisters, Debbie Frazier (Ronald) of Ada and Julia McClure (Steve) of Alger.
