She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Shaw and Ilo Shaw (King); her husband Eldon R. Gossard; her son Byron LeRoy Gossard; her great grandchild Rhett Gossard; her brothers, LeRoy Shaw, Leo Shaw, Charles Shaw, Wilbur Dean Shaw, Bernard Shaw and Robert Shaw; and her sister-in-law Rachel Shaw.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Gossard of Harrod and Kathy Hutchinson (Richard) of Lima; her daughter-in-law Wendy Gossard of Waynesfield; her grandchildren, Justin Gossard (Sarah), Jessica Runk (Jeremy), Ashley Gossard, Brad Hutchinson, Kayla Gaskill, Jeremy Hutchinson (Shelby), Laken Bordner (Tyler), Whitney Gossard, Joel Neeley, Tarah Armentrout and Josh Gossard; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Shaw of Harrod, Lois Shaw of Alger, Carolyn Shaw of Bluffton and Marilyn Shaw of Ada. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
