She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Bailey and Christina Bailey (Poe); and her siblings, Jerry Bailey and Sharon Hamilton (Bailey). She is survived by: her husband Richard Zeigler; her children, Jeremy Piper (Bonnie) of Kenton and Jennifer Moore (Daniel) of Roberta; her stepchildren, Greg Zeigler (Peggy) of Alger and Tammy Zeigler of Waynesfield; her grandchildren, Trent Toomey, McKenzie Piper, Peyton Toomey, Penelope Piper and Kenna; and her sisters, Janet Elliott (Bailey) and Gloria Cassity (Bailey). She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
