She was predeceased by: her brother Steve Hurley; her aunt Florence; her uncle Ned Gaulke; her nephew Jeremy Hurley; and her brother-in-law Rod Chapman.
She is survived by: her parents, Robert Hurley and Judy Hurley (Leonard); her husband Charles E. "Gene" Sebastian; her children, Devin Sebastian of Alexandria and Jocelyn Sebastian-Ward (Clayton) of Mt. Vernon; her grandchildren, Leah of Mt. Vernon and Aubrey Ward of Mt. Vernon; her parents-in-law, Trudy and C. E. Sebastian of Alexandria; her siblings, Jim Hurley (Barb) of Newark, Jo Ashcraft (Dave) of Frazeysburg, Doug Hurley (Susan) of Frazeysburg, Barb Chapman of Newark and Julie Brown (Shawn) of Utica; and her sister-in-law Heidi Sebastian of Indiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
