It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Swickard of Alexandria, Ohio, born in Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Randall Swickard and Beverly Swickard (Hoffman); his wife Juanita Swickard (Molyet); his grandchildren, Caroline, Ellis Walsh and Baby Boy Fowler; his daughters, Dr. Courtney Walsh (Daniel), Amanda Fowler (Tyler) and Jamie Swickard; his sister Lisa Swickard; his siblings-in-law, Cindy Hoke (Michael), Ed Molyet (Carrie), Maria Whidden (Tim), Chris Molyet, Marty Williman (Steve) and John Molyet (Jane); his parents-in-law, Paul and Eula Mae Molyet; and his brother Steven Lee. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and an uncle.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Northridge Athletic Boosters, OhioHealth Foundation, or the Zangmeister Cancer Center.
