He is survived by: his parents, Francis Means (Bud) and Edrie Means; and his children, Edrie Means Weekly (Peter), Linda Crider (Philip), John Means (Trish) and Hao Williams (Ernie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
