William E. Kiser Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2022 we had to say goodbye to William E. Kiser of Albany, Ohio, born in Oak Hill, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mothers, Rita Kiser of Patriot and Blanche Kiser of Gallia, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Caryl Kiser (Guinther); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Amanda, Christopher Elliott, Liam and Madden Kiser; and his sisters, Joan Eggleton, Barbra Kemper, Roberta Shriver, Karen Gilliland and Pam Stover. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
In keeping with his love of helping children, he requests that in lieu of flowers sent to the family that a donation in his name be made to the Athens County Children Services Peanut Butter and Jelly Project (740-592-3061) or the Gallia County Children Services (740 446-3222).
