Sams III; her children, Stacy Shephard (Emory) of Lancaster, Janet Sams of Little Hocking, Erica Swart (Justin) of Albany, Ralph O. Sams IV (Allison) of Amanda and Robert Sams (Angela) of Oak Hill; her grandchildren, Emory Shephard, Ashley Norris (Chris), Braden Shephard, Rylan Sams, Keaton Shephard, Emily Shephard, Daelyn Sams, Cameron Swart, Evan Swart, Brennen Swart and Ralph O. Sams V; her great grandchild Averley Norris; her siblings, Rhonda Sargent (Jeff) of Belpre, Lou Sargent (Phillip) of Cutler, Lori McNabb of Belpre and Mike Lipscomb (Sue) of Cutler; her parent-in-law Ralph O.; her siblings-in-law, Diane Romine (John) of Parkersburg, WV and Raymond Sams (Mike) of Belleville, WV; and her sisters, Judy Watson and Becky Jackson. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
