He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Dale "Buck" and Margaret Sheridan Perry. He is survived by: his wife Carla C. Perry; his children, Christopher S. Perry (Erin), Candace Perry-Blackburn and Michael Blackburn; his grandchildren, Jensen, Caroline and Madelyn; his stepgrandchildren, Emma, Hunter, Carson and Savannah; his siblings, David Perry (Patsy), LaDonna Kay Peters, Rodney Perry (Kim) and Cindy Hall (Scott Meeks); and his cousins, James Perry, Joyce and Thomas Bobo. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
