She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Phelps and Nellie Bolin Phelps; her husband Darrell Bartlett; her children, Terry Bartlett and Darla Randall; her brother James Phelps; her son-in-law James Martin; and her siblings-in-law, Leonard Boring, Davey Hudnell and Autumn Phelps.
She is survived by: her children, Jon Bartlett (Cathy), Lisa Williamson (Jeff), Darrell Bartlett (Cassie), Tonya Martin (Thomas) and Brenda Smith (Lacy); her son-in-law Steve Randall; her siblings, Stan Phelps (Sue), Bob Phelps, Dave Phelps, Jerry Phelps, Betty Norris, Bonnie Boring and Connie Phelps; and her siblings-in-law, Patty Phelps and Bob Bartlett. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, many great and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home (5258 Washington Rd, Albany, OH 45710). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
