He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Phelps and Nellie Phelps; his wife Autumn Phelps; his siblings, Shirley Bartlett and James Phelps; and his brothers-in-law, Darrell Bartlett, Leonard Boring and Davey Hudnell.
He is survived by: his children, Melisa Brown and Glenn Phelps; his siblings, Stan Phelps (Sue), Dave Phelps, Jerry Phelps, Betty Norris, Bonnie Boring and Connie Phelps; and his sister-in-law Patty Phelps. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home (5258 Washington Rd, Albany, OH 45710). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
