She was predeceased by : her parents, William Sr. Ervin and Flo Radcliff Ervin; and her brothers, Jim Ervin and William Ervin II. She is survived by : her husband John Warner; her children, Lori Hauser (Glen) of Albany and Rob Locke (Valerie) of Albany; her grandchildren, Alexander Hamilton and Halely Locke; her great grandchild Brayden Hamilton; and her sisters, Pat Hamill (Steve) of Athens and Joann Carter (Denver) of Wellston.
