She was predeceased by: her parents, Winford "Jack" and Roxie Y. Jones Scarbrough; her husband Ellis "Red" McMillan; and her brothers, Lawrence Scarbrough and Leonard Scarbrough.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Raines of Columbus, Cheryl Boivin (Matt) of Albany, David McMillan of Racine, Debbie Hill (Roger) of Racine, Elisa McMillan and Skip McMillan of Ripley; and her siblings, Ora Reynolds of Jennings, Leslie Scarbrough of Tupper Plains and Larry Scarbrough of Napolean. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
