She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Nelson and Mary Etta White Nelson; her husband Ralph Fred Gambill, Sr.; and her siblings, Lura Damron, Glenna Watkins and Leland Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Smith of Hanover, PA, Sherry Blevins (Todd) of Columbia, SC, Angela Mackinnon of Athens and Ralph Fred Gambill, Jr. (Ryan) of Albany. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jagers & Sons Funeral Home (24 Morris Ave, Athens, OH 45701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
