She was predeceased by: her father Robert Wooten; her daughter Rhonda F. Carsey; her mother Elizabeth F. Wooten; and her niece Bobbie Jo Butcher. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie (Bill Jenkinson) and Bob Puckett of Shade; her siblings, Cheryl (Paul Powell), Robin (Randy Butcher) and Phil Wooten of Pomeroy; and her grandchildren, Jesse, Evan Holland, Sara Stephenson, Peyton, Daniel Pendleton, Savannah Egan, Elizabeth, Jacob and Aaron Puckett. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
