She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Stout and Esta Bolen Stout; her husband Bernard Allen; her sons, Bernard James and Bruce; her sister Mary Ellen Jagers; her brothers-in-law, Emory and James Allen; and her stepsiblings, Catherine Wogan, Lois Weaver, Roger Bolen, Max Bolen, Harold Bolen and Jack Bolen.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Smith, Judy Ellis, Boyd Allen (Mary) and Jill Harris (Matt); her grandsons, Jeffrey Brooks (Randi), Justin Brooks (Katie), Chace Harris and Drew Harris; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Maddie, Cooper, Ella, Jackson and Whitlee Brooks; her brother-in-law Dale Jagers; and her stepsister Donna Jean Nelson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home (5258 Washington Rd, Albany, OH 45710). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
