He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Garvin and Julia Garvin (Jones); his daughter Tracy Lowe; and his brothers, John Garvin and Larry Garvin.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryll Blansette Garvin; his son Myron Blansette (Melissa); his grandchildren, Breanna Blansette (Tyler Roush), Brooke Blansette (Nate Horn), Hunter Rockhold, Steven Lowe, Ethan Lowe and Kyle Lowe; and his sister Bobbie Steele (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
