He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale E. Warner and Bertina VanDyke Warner; his wife Phyllis Ervin Warner; and his siblings, Mervin Nelson, Gale Warner and Barbara Good.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Hauser (Glen) and Rob Locke (Valerie); his grandchildren, Alex Hamilton (Amber) and Haley Locke (Zack); his great grandchild Brayden Hamilton; and his brothers, Jerry Warner (Connie) and Gene Warner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
