It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Rife of Albany, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Pearl Brooks and Thelma Williams Brooks; and her brother Brian Keith Brooks. She is survived by : her husband William O. Rife; her children, William David Rife and Kerry Lynn; her grandchildren, Logan Christopher Barnes of Albany and Olivia Delanie Welch of Albany; and her siblings, Sandra Gay of Delaware, Violet Nott of Orient and James Brooks of Toledo, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
