He was predeceased by : his parent Gay Johnson; his nephew Adam Fitzgerald; and his brother-in-law Dewitt Fitzgerald. He is survived by : his mother Betty; and his siblings, Randy Johnson (Tammy) of New Marshfield, Julie Fitzgerald of Albany, Curt Johnson (Maria) of Athens and Amy Osborne (Tom) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
