He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Baird Stout and Fontelle "Foney" Russell; his brother Paul "Gene" Stout; and his grandparents, George Lindsey, Nora Stout, William and Blanche Mace.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Stout; his son George Paul Stout; his grandchildren, Spencer (Shelby), Carlee (Michael), Mitchell and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Alexander and Rohen; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Jo Crabtree (Donald) and Betty Stagger; and his cousin Ken Mace. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
