He is survived by: his mother Nancy Phillips of Albany, Ohio.; his daughters, Beths Ann Stewart (Clint), Caitlyn Phillips (Trey Peters), Marlena Phillips and Sister Wendy Phillips; and his grandchildren, Micah, Tyson, Paisley, Chelsea and Alivia.
