She was predeceased by : her father William M.; and her husband James M. "Mike" Carsey. She is survived by : her daughter Jennifer Davis (Joshua) of Albany; her granddaughters, Andrea and Ashley Davis; her brother Gary Filson (Karen) of Gallipolis; and her close friend Vickie Hoyd.
