He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Locke and Virginia Risley Locke Burchfield; his stepfather Robert B. Burchfield; and his niece Julie Locke. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Storer Locke; his children, Amy Locke of Athens, Robert Locke (Valerie) of Albany and Adam Locke of Athens; and his brother Larry Locke (Judy) of Albany. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great grandchild.
