He is survived by: his wife Teresa Garnes Grigsby; his children, David Grigsby Jr. (Trudy) of McArthur, Brian Grigsby (Amy) of McArthur and Roxanna Rowan (Chuck) of Albany; his grandchildren, Corey Grigsby of Hillard, Ryan of McArthur, Skylyn of McArthur, Jaymee Grigsby of McArthur, Tegan Garnes of Chillicothe, Lucas Rowan of Albany and Jayden of Texas; his great grandchild Lynnlee of Chillicothe; and his siblings, Alesa Tolley of New Marshfield, Bruce Grigsby (Paula) of Coalton, Kay Triplett (Opie) of New Marshfield and Lavonda Lawrence (Marvin) of Albany.
