She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Sealey and Madge Irene Potts Sealey; her grandson Noah Gillogly; and her siblings, Wayne Sealey, Bernice Pickering, Pauline Funk, Gladys Flesher, Carrie Mae Turner and Mary Cottrell.
She is survived by: her husband William H. Smith; her children, Tammy Gillogly (Bruce), Irene Wells (Thomas), Fleming, William H. Smith, Crystle Pugh (Harry), Jackson and Mark Smith; her brothers, Charles Sealey (Shirley), Gene Sealey (Debbie) and Gary Sealey (Ruth); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Judah, Riagan, Brandon, Cody, Logan, Alexis, Brianna and Zeke; and her great grandchildren, Sophia and Anastasia.
Grave side services will be held at Temple Cemetery, Albany, in lieu of flowers make donations to Noah Gillogly Scholarship Fund through Alexanders Future Foundation, P.O. Box, 204, Albany, Ohio 45710.
