He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Horvath and Helen Groce Horvath; his brother Richard Horvath; and his parents-in-law, Alvin and Myrtle Pierce.
He is survived by: his wife Shauna Pierce Horvath; his daughters, Melissa Barnes of Albany and Kelly Hayes (Chris) of Ray, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Daniel Barnes (Maddie), Shaylee Barnes, Morgan Barnes, Lincoln Hayes (Allie), River Hayes and Piper Hayes.
