She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse C. Pickens and Celesta C. Dailey Pickens; her husband Cecil Bolin; her son David E. Starcher; and her brother Nathan Pickens.

She is survived by : her children, Roger L. Starcher (Jackie) of Racine, Judy A. Kautz of Cincinnati and Terry L. Starcher (Evelyn) of Albany. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
