He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Bolin and Mary Jo Chapman Bolin; and his sister-in-law Lorie Bolin. He is survived by: his daughter Sydnie Bolin; his brothers, Eric Bolin (Laurie) and Tyson Bolin; his nieces and nephews, Christopher Bolin, Brandis Montgomery (Norman), Wesley Bolin (Kelsey), Taylor Bolin (Kayla) and Parker Bolin; and also Steven Warner.
