She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Lyons (Ely) and Granville Lyons; her husbands, Bert Cox and Gordon Perry; and her brother Billy Lyons.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Bert Christian (Cox) and Troy Perry; her grandchildren, Catrina Baughman (Ron), Bret Christian, Travis Christian (Jessica), Eric Perry (Gracie) and Kevin Perry; her great grandchildren, Ryan, McKayla, Kara, Clara and Carson; and her sister-in-law Polly Lyons (Walker).
Both, Gordon and Boots made the decision several years ago to donate their bodies to OU medical research in order to help others live a longer and healthier life.
