She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Parsons and Verona Starkey Parsons; and her husband Keith Skinner. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Skinner (Clair Tosino) of Buckeye Lake and Molly Baumgartel (Rudiger) of Albany; her grandchildren, Matthew Skinner (Amy) of Pataskala, Max Baumgartel (Hannah) of Logan and Olivia Baumgartel of Albany; and her great grandchildren, Ada and Sam Skinner.
