Wilma J. Mercer Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wilma J. Mercer formerly of Akron, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Wilma shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Wilma farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Crosston and Lucille Crosston (Wilson); and her siblings, Richard (James Breedlove), Wilburt, Frank, John, Betty, Beatrice and Mary.

She is survived by: her daughter Joyce; her son-in-law Michael Flanagan; and her sister Jackie Hill (Jerry). She is also survived by nieces and nephews she loved.
