He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Warlop II of Akron, Ohio.; his sister Joyce Allender; and his nephew Ryan Warlop (Pat Warlop). He is survived by: his father William Warlop II; his children, Josh Parker (Kristen), Bill "Flash Jordan" Warlop IV (Ashley), Melissa "Jennifer" Nemitz (Michael) and Kimberly "The Jones" Ochsenbien (Jason); his grandchildren, Billy, Holden, Madison, Adelyn, Hanley, Kendall, Conrad, Grace and Collyns; and his brother Michael Warlop (Kimberly).
