He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Nelson; and his grandparents, Edward, Nannie Martin, Lewis and Arline Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his daughters, Jamie Vrudney (Brad) and Brittnee Kaufman (Jay); his father Lewis Nelson; his siblings, Bud Nelson (Lori) and Lorianne Phillips (Calvin); and his grandchildren, Madison, Hunter and Aven.
