He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Mann and Rosezell Mann; and his sisters, Dora Mann and Darlene Miller (Mann). He is survived by: his wife Irene Mann (Pugh); his children, Larika Mann, Demetrius Holmes, Michael Rucker and Marvin Carter; and his siblings, Ozzie Manson Mann, Vivian Maxine Hartwell, Tivious Norma McDaniel (Willie), Choisy Clark, Bernice Miller (Donald), Rose Bowen and Gwen Mann. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren & 9 Great grandchildren along with host of Nieces and Nephews.
