He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lantz and Alberta Lantz (Gadel); his wife Patricia Lantz; his aunt Justina Gadel; and his brother-in-law Charles Nixon.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mitzie Kernan (Mike) and Suzanne Stanik; and his nieces and nephews, Richard Nixon, Chrissy Uhl (Todd), Lisa Rodriquez, Eric Nixon, Joseph Kernan (Hilary) and Diane Merced (Caesar).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church (1263 Shannon Ave, Barberton, OH 44203). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
