He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna K. Perry and William C. Perry, Sr.; and his siblings, Lena Keen and Don Perry. He is survived by: his wife Caroll; his children, David Perry (Becky), Denise Mercer (Tim) and Deann Wallick (Brian); his grandchildren, Ryan, Shawn, Sarah, Melissa, Amanda, Jessica, Drew and Brennan; his great grandchild Ava; his brothers-in-law, Randy Keen and Dean Manning (Marsha); and his nephews, Charles Keen, Franklin Perry (Hope) and Rowdy Perry.
