He is survived by: his father William Banfield; his wife Denise; his sons, Jason Kistler (Ashley) and Jeremy (Colleen Hurley); his stepchildren, Tyler and Hannah Gibson; his grandchildren, Luke Kistler and Holly Jackson; his parents-in-law, Ronald and Diane Hummel; his sister-in-law Stephanie Hummel; and his brothers, David Banfield (Suanne) and Tom (Kathy).
