She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry; her son Ronnie Chadima; and her siblings, Eleanor, Edna, Carl and Rosalie.

She is survived by: her children, Becky Tellalian (Mike), Jerry Chadima, Lisa Chadima, Julie Andrews (Bob) and Crystal Chadima; her grandchildren, Ronnie (Megan), Michael, Bobby, Joey, Stephanie, Jack, Sairah and Aaron; and her siblings, Wanda, Sandra and Chuck. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
