She was predeceased by: her father Hayward Phares; her husband Andrew Mayton; and her sister Marilyn Hartline (Jack). She is survived by: her friend Helen Johnson; her siblings, James Phares (Betty), Roberta Morrow and Nancy Kelly (Charles); and her children, Andrew Mayton II (Wendy), John Mayton and Deborah Jorstad (Craig). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
