He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil A. Hornick and Vera Hornick; his daughter Margie Darlene; and his brother Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Margie Hornick; his sister Helen Hornick; his son Tim Hornick; his grandchildren, Nick Lucas (Kelly Damalas), Jesse Hornick and Natalie Guerrero (Camilo); and his great grandchildren, Ivy Rose Guerrero, Oliver Guerrero and Norah Guerrero.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
