He is survived by: his children, Victor D. Parker Jr. (Kathy E.), Vaughn A. Parker (Stacey L.), Demetrius L. Parker (Audrey P.), Terrance L. Parker, Patrick Griffin, Henry Davis, Tobin Parker, Anita Mapp and Chelita Parker; his nephew Richard Warren; and his cousin Lynn Keyes. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
