He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Serle and Agnes Serle; and his sister Teri Coyne. He is survived by: his brother Tom Serle (Sharon); his brother-in-law Gary Coyne; his nieces, Shannon Coyne and Katie Wirebaugh; and his nephew Tom Serle. He is also survived by his great nephews and nieces, many cousins and childhood friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hennessy Funeral Home (552 N Main St, Akron, OH 44310). A burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chestnut Hill Memorial Park (2613 Sackett Ave, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223).
