She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Smith and Rosalie Smith; and her grandmother Regina Scianna. She is survived by: her children, Denielle Carey (Walter) and Joe DiBona (Melanie); her grandchildren, Donovan (Kayla), Giovanni, Audrey and Maddox; her brothers, Jim Smith (Diane) and Tim Smith; her niece Shannon Smith; and her friends, Mark, Gabrielle, Rachel, Natalia, Peyton, Silvia, Laura, Shawna, Lori Frost (George), Denise Robinett, Aimee Harkleroad, Shalee Watkins and Lori Heinz.
