He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harrington O'Donnell III and Mary Ellen Chelle; his son Yancy Alan O'Donnell; his brother Fred Frashur; and his grandparents, Lillian DeGeorge and Charles DeGeorge.

He is survived by: his pets, Angel, Chico, Bandit, Rio and Toby; his wife Debra; his daughter Tammy Jarvis; and his stepdaughters, Shelley Ferguson (Joshua) and Jessica Swords. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
